Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sub Project Manager – Equipment & Systems

What You Will Work On

• Lead technical equipment packages or engineering sub-projects
• Coordinate technical systems and multidisciplinary engineering activities
• Define technical requirements and develop equipment specifications
• Manage suppliers, technical vendors, and engineering partners
• Coordinate technical design reviews and engineering approvals
• Ensure technical deliveries meet project quality, cost, and schedule objectives
• Monitor project progress and manage technical risks
• Drive technical issue resolution and decision-making
• Collaborate with Process, Automation, Validation, Commissioning, QA, and Engineering teams
• Support procurement activities and supplier evaluations
• Review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
• Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and project handovers when required
• Ensure compliance with GMP, engineering standards, and project requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project
• Support continuous improvement of engineering execution and project delivery

What You Bring

• Experience leading technical sub-projects or engineering work packages
• Background in industrial investment or capital projects
• Experience managing technical equipment and engineering systems
• Strong technical coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience preparing technical specifications and requirements
• Experience managing suppliers and contractor deliveries
• Experience conducting technical reviews and engineering evaluations
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and risk management
• Ability to coordinate multiple engineering disciplines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams
