Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Sub Project Manager – Equipment & Systems
What You Will Work On
- Lead technical equipment packages or engineering sub-projects
- Coordinate technical systems and multidisciplinary engineering activities
- Define technical requirements and develop equipment specifications
- Manage suppliers, technical vendors, and engineering partners
- Coordinate technical design reviews and engineering approvals
- Ensure technical deliveries meet project quality, cost, and schedule objectives
- Monitor project progress and manage technical risks
- Drive technical issue resolution and decision-making
- Collaborate with Process, Automation, Validation, Commissioning, QA, and Engineering teams
- Support procurement activities and supplier evaluations
- Review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
- Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and project handovers when required
- Ensure compliance with GMP, engineering standards, and project requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project
- Support continuous improvement of engineering execution and project delivery
What You Bring
- Experience leading technical sub-projects or engineering work packages
- Background in industrial investment or capital projects
- Experience managing technical equipment and engineering systems
- Strong technical coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience preparing technical specifications and requirements
- Experience managing suppliers and contractor deliveries
- Experience conducting technical reviews and engineering evaluations
- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and risk management
- Ability to coordinate multiple engineering disciplines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams
