The Role

As Product Manager CRM, you will own and drive the development of our global CRM platform and processes. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that CRM capabilities support our commercial objectives and deliver value to customers and users globally.

What you will do

• Own the CRM product roadmap and prioritise initiatives aligned with business goals
• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
• Partner with sales, marketing, customer service, and digital teams to improve customer journeys and processes
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog together with key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement, adoption, and value realisation from the CRM platform through project or changes
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder alignment activities
• Ensure solution quality, governance, and alignment with enterprise architecture
• Support change management, training, and user enablement across global organisations
• Follow market trends and best practices within CRM, customer engagement, and digital customer experiences

We believe you have

• Experience working as a Product Manager, Application Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager or similar role within CRM platforms
• Experience working with CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred, others relevant)
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes
• Experience working in digital transformation, CRM implementation, or business development initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and driving cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish
