Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud Developer

What You Will Work On

• Develop and configure solutions on the Genesys Cloud platform.
• Build and enhance cloud-based Contact Center applications and services.
• Customize and extend Genesys Cloud functionality based on business requirements.
• Develop integrations between Genesys Cloud and connected enterprise systems.
• Work with Java, C#, JavaScript, and Python to build and maintain applications.
• Participate in technical design, implementation, and platform improvements.
• Support the modernization and continuous evolution of the Contact Center platform.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain platform performance and reliability.
• Contribute to cloud-native development and DevOps best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and technical documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of development processes and platform capabilities.

What You Bring

• Several years of hands-on experience developing and configuring Genesys Cloud.
• Strong software development experience using Java, C#, JavaScript, and Python.
• Experience building and supporting cloud-based Contact Center solutions.
• Strong understanding of system integrations and API-based development.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Experience with AWS cloud services is an advantage.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD is an advantage.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code is an advantage.
• Experience with Oracle WebLogic is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
