You will join an internal development team working hands-on with a cloud-based Genesys platform and the connected systems in the Contact Centre area. This is a role for you who enjoy combining technical development with configuration work and want to help shape how the platform evolves going forward. You will be close to the technology, contribute to practical solutions, and play an important part in a modern cloud-focused environment. What makes this role interesting is the chance to influence the future of a business-critical platform while working across both Genesys Cloud and a broader development stack.

• You will work hands-on with development and configuration in Genesys Cloud.
• You will help shape the future cloud-based platform and its connected systems within the Contact Centre area.
• You will contribute to technical development as part of an internal development team.
• You will work across integrations and related development needs in a broader technical stack.
• You will support the ongoing evolution of platform capabilities together with the team.

• You have several years of hands-on development and configuration experience with Genesys Cloud.
• You have development experience in some or all of the following technologies: Java, C#, JavaScript and Python.

• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Jenkins, WebLogic and Terraform is an advantage.
