You will join a product-focused environment where engineering, product, and business work closely together to turn ideas into high-quality iOS experiences. In this role, you will help shape how the iOS product evolves, balancing business needs with solid engineering practices and long-term maintainability.

You will work across the full development lifecycle and collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, QA, and other engineers. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, giving you the opportunity to influence architecture, coding standards, and how the team approaches quality and delivery.

• You lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• You drive technical decisions, guide architectural choices, and help establish best practices for clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• You work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to define requirements and turn them into robust features.
• You mentor junior developers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day support.
• You perform code reviews, give constructive feedback, and help maintain high coding standards across the team.
• You identify and solve complex technical issues related to performance, memory management, debugging, and concurrency.
• You collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and server-side systems into the mobile application.
• You work with QA to support testing and deployment and help ensure reliable releases.
• You contribute actively in Agile/Scrum ways of working, including sprint planning and estimation.
• You stay current with new iOS tools, frameworks, and practices, and help the team adopt improvements where relevant.

• Strong hands-on expertise in SwiftUI, including declarative development, component-based architecture, and complex UI implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in Swift and solid understanding of modern iOS development best practices.
• Experience with Objective-C.
• Good knowledge of software architecture and design patterns such as MVVM, VIPER, or Clean Architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of the iOS SDK and Apple frameworks and APIs, including UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, and Core Graphics.
• Strong ability to build intuitive, high-quality user interfaces in close collaboration with design.
• Experience with performance optimization, including memory usage, rendering efficiency, and bottleneck analysis.
• Strong experience with networking and API integration, including RESTful APIs, asynchronous requests, JSON parsing, authentication, and error handling.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, including experience with Xcode debugging tools, console output, and crash analysis.
• Experience leading technically through mentoring, code reviews, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum setup.
