Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced R&D Project Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead engineering and R&D projects from planning through successful delivery
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and technical objectives
• Develop comprehensive project plans including:
• Project goals
• Strategy
• Resource planning
• Scheduling
• Risk identification
• Contingency planning
• Monitor project progress and track milestones and deliverables
• Prepare and communicate regular project status reports
• Manage project changes and change control activities
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Escalate project issues and risks when appropriate
• Lead, coach, and motivate cross-functional project teams
• Coordinate activities with program managers and related projects
• Ensure project deliverables achieve the intended business objectives
• Support continuous improvement and agile ways of working within the organization

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Proven experience managing engineering or product development projects
• Strong experience with:
• Project Planning
• Budget Management
• Schedule Management
• Resource Planning
• Risk Management
• Change Management
• Stakeholder Management
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in technical environments
• Experience working with both predictive and Agile project management methodologies
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Ability to work primarily onsite in Finspång
