Project & Preproduction Coordinator

 

We are looking for a structured and driven Project & Preproduction Coordinator to join our Industrialization Team with 5 employees. In this global role, you will lead and support the development of new projects, processes and parts within Business Line AG, working closely with stakeholders across regions and functions.

About the role

As Project & Preproduction Coordinator, you will play an important part in product and process development projects, business transfers and continuous improvement activities. You will contribute with project management, technical coordination and global factory support, ensuring efficient ways of working and high-quality implementation across the organization.

  • · Lead or act as sub-project manager in new product and process development projects.
  • · Manage cross-regional business transfer projects.
  • · Coordinate ECN, ECR and PR distribution and related activities, including review meetings, change boards, follow-up and KPIs.
  • · Drive process improvements and contribute to the development of project processes, routines and models.
  • · Provide global factory support and training in relevant systems and processes, such as TC, Movex, Configurator and loader requests.
  • · Provide global technical support for production of parts and complete products, including loader and HK assembly.

The role is permanent and located in Brännland, Sweden.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and experience from production engineering and product preparation. You have experience from project management and are comfortable working in a global environment with many different stakeholders.

You are self-motivated, well-structured and organized, with the flexibility needed to succeed in a dynamic environment. You communicate clearly, collaborate well with others and are able to work independently when required. The role requires good English skills, both written and spoken.
