Role
As a Team Leader / Supervisor, you work under the responsibility of the site manager and lead a team of workers on the construction site. The role involves organizing the daily work, following production goals and ensuring that the work is carried out according to safety, quality and environmental requirements.
Main duties
Lead and organize the day-to-day work of a team on site.
Follow the daily production plan together with the site manager.
Ensure that daily goals are met or report deviations.
Plan and ensure the need for materials, equipment and resources.
Allocate tasks and ensure that the team understands their responsibilities.
Support and guide workers directly on the job site when needed.
Ensure that health, safety, quality and environmental rules are followed.
Carry out or supervise stakeout/measurement of work within the area of responsibility.
Check the quality and conformity of the work performed.
Report problems, risks or delays to the site manager.
