Senior Test Manager for Connectivity Testing

TRATON Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Manager to lead and govern system testing activities ensuring a compliant product of ECU for all TRATON brands within our global development landscape. This role is central to ensure high-quality deliveries aligned with TRATON's One Product Development Process (One PDP).

As a Senior Test Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing system testing across complex, cross-functional, and international initiatives. You will play a key role in securing quality assurance practices and ensuring that all deliverables meet defined requirements prior to release.

The position involves close collaboration with stakeholders across TRATON's brands and functions, contributing to harmonized ways of working and continuous improvement of testing processes.

The product scope is to ensure the connectivity of platforms from onboard to offboard full scope. You will be working with SIL/HIL and vehicle testing.

You will in a flow landscape act as Product Owner and build up a new team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate system testing activities for future TEESA Ensure alignment of test strategies, plans, and execution meeting delivery schedules
• Drive governance and continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards
• Build and coordinate test activities across multiple international teams and stakeholders
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and verification results
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to quality and testing
• Provide structured reporting of test status, risks, and deviations to management and steering groups

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience in test management within complex IT or system development environments
• Strong expertise in system testing methodologies and practices
• Proven expertise of internal TRATON systems
• Proven experience working in international and cross-functional organizations Solid understanding of agile and/or hybrid development models
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and telecom standards such as R155/156, GSMA, 3GPP Solid understanding of embedded systems both on- and offboard
• Demonstrated and documented leadership capability with strong communication skills
• Demonstrated and documented organized and structured way of working
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken Experience with test automation and CI/CD practices Meritorious
• Experience from the automotive industry or other technology-driven sectors ISTQB or equivalent certification
