You will work in a modern agile software environment together with designers, developers, and product stakeholders. The focus is on understanding user needs, visualizing concepts early, and taking ideas all the way to designs that are ready for development. • You will drive UX work across the full design process, from user research and user journeys to wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final design.
• You will explore and visualize concepts, helping the team translate abstract ideas into concrete design solutions.
• You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product management to align user needs, product goals, and technical feasibility.
• You will present and explain design decisions in a clear way, building shared understanding across different disciplines.
• You will document design proposals and ideas according to established principles and ways of working.
• You will work within the existing UX framework and contribute to the continuous improvement of UX processes and tools.
• You will stay close to user needs and proactively gather feedback to improve the experience over time.

• 3+ years of professional experience as a UX designer.
• Hands-on experience across the full UX/UI design process.
• Strong skills in user-centered design for complex applications.
• Ability to create user journeys, personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Confidence and speed in working with Figma.
• A strong portfolio that shows work across different platforms and devices.
• Ability to visualize concepts and turn abstract ideas into final designs ready for development.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Interest in technical domains and complex applications.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience with design system management.
• Familiarity with creating icons and other vector graphics.
• Experience with UX writing and content creation.
• A master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Interest in learning Swedish.
