We’re looking for a Business Analyst for a company in Gothenburg. Start is in August 1st, 17 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

What You Will Do

• Partner with Digital product managers and business stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

• Translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows, and actionable insights for digital teams.

• Support the design and implementation of digital solutions that create measurable business value.

• Work closely with Digital product managers, Digital product owners, developers, architects, and UX specialists in a collaborative setup.

• Contribute to prioritization, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement across initiatives.

• Act as a trusted link between business and digital, helping create alignment and momentum.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within digital, IT, or transformation environments.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex information into clear recommendations.

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and facilitating stakeholder dialogue.

• Good understanding of business processes, digital products, and Agile ways of working.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across different functions and perspectives.

• A proactive, curious, and improvement-oriented mindset.
