You will help verify and validate tailgate and alarm functions in a technically advanced automotive environment where software, electronics and hardware must work seamlessly together. In this role, you will work close to requirement owners, system owners and suppliers to secure quality from early test preparation to complete vehicle verification. The work spans both manual and automated testing, with plenty of hands-on troubleshooting and analysis. • You will plan and coordinate test activities, including test flow, equipment, assets under test and DUT preparedness together with requirement owners and suppliers.
• You will perform component, domain and complete verification in rig, boxcar, HIL and on vehicle.
• You will develop test methods and write test cases in Carweaver and vTestStudio for both automated and manual testing.
• You will write and maintain test scripts, and support automation work connected to CI.
• You will investigate faults, analyze logs, take measurements on components, actuators and signals, and drive fault tracing forward independently.
• You will create fault reports and work with function owners, system owners and suppliers to support investigation and solution.
• You will review test reports and results from suppliers and help ensure that deliveries meet defined acceptance criteria.
• You will keep the necessary test documentation and administrative work up to date.

• Swedish B driver's license.
• Experience in automated verification of system design and software.
• Experience writing test cases and scripts for automation and manual testing.
• Ability to perform verification in rig, boxcar, HIL and on vehicle.
• Experience with fault tracing, log analysis and fault reporting.
• Experience pushing automation scripts to CI.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use instruments such as voltmeters and oscilloscopes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics, mechatronics or a similar field.
• Ability to complete a background check.

• Experience from the automotive industry.
• Experience with Carweaver, Canalyzer, CANoe, Inca, DSA, Car Config Edit, Team Center, VT System and vTestStudio.
• You are comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity and communicating clearly with different stakeholders.
