We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Finance Support, or a similar operational environment.

You have hands-on experience in invoicing, operational reporting, KPI tracking, and service performance management, combined with strong analytical skills and a passion for data accuracy and process excellence. Experience working with SLAs, governance frameworks, and service delivery models is highly valued.

As this role requires close collaboration across multiple functions and regions, you are an effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build productive relationships with HR, Finance, and business teams. You are comfortable navigating a dynamic international environment and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken, is essential to ensure effective coordination with our HQ HR Shared Services team and support the implementation of global standards and processes across the region.
