About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Strategic Initiatives Manager to join our team in Gothenburg. In this role, you will support management by conducting financial modeling, investment analysis, market research, and strategic business development activities.

You will play an important role in evaluating infrastructure, trade, and investment opportunities through data-driven research and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and investment analysis for strategic projects.
• Perform business development research and market analysis.
• Prepare valuation models, risk assessments, scenario analyses, and decision support material.
• Support management in evaluating infrastructure, trade, and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across projects and initiatives.
• Develop analytical reports and presentations for strategic decision-making.
• Support strategic initiatives using finance, analytics, and data-driven research methodologies.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, strategy, business development, or investment analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience with financial modeling and valuation methods.
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools is highly meritorious.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
