Assignment Description
We are seeking a Cost Reduction Program Manager & Portfolio Management Lead
What You Will Work On
- Lead and coordinate the organization’s cost reduction program
- Define cost-saving targets together with leadership teams
- Monitor and follow up cost reduction initiatives and business outcomes
- Collaborate with business functions to identify new cost-saving opportunities
- Support project managers and business leaders in developing business cases
- Perform financial calculations and savings assessments
- Evaluate improvement initiatives from a financial and operational perspective
- Prepare management reports and executive presentations
- Present program status and performance updates to leadership teams
- Ensure savings and project data are accurately maintained in portfolio management systems
- Support governance and tracking of improvement initiatives
- Drive portfolio management activities across business development projects
- Monitor project benefits realization and value creation
- Consolidate and analyze performance information from multiple stakeholders
- Support decision-making through structured reporting and analysis
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
What You Bring
- Experience in program management, portfolio management, PMO, or business transformation environments
- Experience driving cost reduction or operational improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and financial assessment skills
- Experience developing and evaluating business cases
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience supporting senior leadership and management teams
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
