We are seeking a Database Performance Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues across complex enterprise systems
• Identify bottlenecks affecting application response times and system stability
• Perform end-to-end performance investigations across multiple technology layers
• Analyze database performance, query execution, and resource utilization
• Investigate latency issues across applications, integrations, and infrastructure
• Conduct root cause analysis of performance-related incidents
• Evaluate system behavior under varying workloads and usage patterns
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance
• Work with operations and infrastructure teams to improve platform efficiency
• Assess integration performance and message-processing bottlenecks
• Provide recommendations for performance optimization and scalability improvements
• Support prioritization of performance initiatives based on business impact and risk
• Verify and validate implemented improvements
• Contribute to performance monitoring strategies and best practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the technology landscape

What You Bring

• Proven experience with performance analysis and performance optimization in complex IT environments
• Strong understanding of end-to-end system performance across multiple technology layers
• Experience troubleshooting distributed systems with multiple integrated platforms
• Deep analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience identifying and resolving application, database, and infrastructure bottlenecks
• Experience working in business-critical environments with strict availability and performance requirements
• Ability to independently lead investigations and technical assessments
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical findings to diverse stakeholders
