About the RoleYou will step into a central role in a global Sales & Operations Planning setup where accurate volume planning is critical to keeping demand, supply and inventory in balance.
Working closely with Sales, Production, Finance and regional teams, you will help secure continuity in the monthly planning cycle while supporting ongoing improvements in S&OP and global volume planning.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear decisions.
You will combine operational execution with analysis, stakeholder coordination and management reporting, with direct exposure to senior decision-makers.
It is an interesting opportunity to influence end-to-end planning in an international environment where your insights quickly become business actions.
Job Description- You will drive the monthly S&OP cycle, from demand consolidation and supply alignment to follow-up and executive-ready output.
- You will consolidate and validate global sales forecasts together with regional teams and make assumptions, risks and gaps visible.
- You will support production allocation and volume balancing across markets and models to improve alignment between demand and supply.
- You will monitor order intake, backlog, inventory levels and delivery performance, and turn the data into clear reporting and recommendations.
- You will identify risks and deviations from plan, propose mitigation actions and follow up on execution with relevant stakeholders.
- You will prepare structured weekly and monthly reporting, including material tailored for senior management.
- You will work closely with Finance to align volume assumptions and planning perspectives.
- You will support ad-hoc analyses and deep dives related to market performance, mix development and pipeline health.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain or volume planning.
- Strong knowledge of S&OP processes, demand forecasting and supply-demand balancing.
- Experience working with planning systems and large data sets, for example SAP IBP, APO or equivalent tools.
- Experience with data and analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel-based models and Python.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, scenario analysis and handling large data sets.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing material for management.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders across functions and regions.
- High integrity when handling sensitive business data.
- Experience from an international, cross-functional environment.
Nice to have- Experience from the automotive industry.
