About the RoleYou will take a central role in shaping how a brand is expressed across verbal and visual touchpoints in an automotive environment.
The focus is on creating clarity, consistency, and usability across everything from guidelines and digital assets to messaging and tone of voice.
You will own and develop the Brand Portal as the single source of truth, helping internal teams and external partners work in a more aligned and efficient way.
You will work closely with senior brand and creative stakeholders while collaborating broadly across marketing, design, communications, and product development.
The role combines strategic brand governance with practical execution, giving you real influence over how the brand is managed, applied, and developed over time.

Job Description- You will develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive brand identity framework covering visual elements, messaging, tone of voice, and brand values.
- You will own the Brand Portal and ensure it remains the trusted source for brand identity for internal and external stakeholders.
- You will guide teams and partners in the correct and consistent use of brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- You will collaborate with marketing, design, communications, and product development to align creative and communication outputs with the brand.
- You will support the creation, review, and production of brand assets such as logos, typography, color palettes, photography, illustrations, and other visual elements.
- You will run audits to assess brand compliance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- You will lead brand identity initiatives from concept to delivery and coordinate external brand-related suppliers when needed.
- You will stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices within brand identity and design.
Requirements- Several years of marketing experience, ideally combined with project management experience.
- Hands-on experience developing and managing brand identity, including brand guidelines, messaging, tone of voice, and visual consistency.
- Experience working with brand portals and DAM platforms, and the ability to structure and manage digital asset libraries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Fluent English and native-level Swedish.
- Knowledge of brand, sustainability, and new-age mobility.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and support both internal and external stakeholders in brand-related questions.
Nice to have- A college degree with a focus on marketing.
- Experience from strong, creative environments.
- Direct experience with Frontify.
