University degree and 7 years of related experience, or minimum 10 years of related experience.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
University degree qualifications in business, computer science, econometrics, mathematics or equivalent.
Strong documented leadership and people development skills, including leading large organisations.
Preferred:
Experience in retail and/or eCommerce and/or digital product development team.
Preferred:
Hands-on experience in Insights & Analytics.
Your responsibilities
Lead team of insights leader and data analysts on Insights and Analytics (I&A) projects in respective F&CS Area.
Work collaboratively with managers and leaders in F&CS Area to define and drive value creation opportunities, to increase adoption of analytics in F&CS areas and country organisations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Manage the overall performance within relevant F&CS Area, in particular the delivery of tactical and strategic day-to-day insights.
Accountable for the creation of sustainable demand for Insights & Analytics projects that meet the requirements of the business in both short and long-term perspective, while managing stakeholder relations.
Proactively contribute in discussions to ensure the right data, measures and processes are implemented to make informed data-driven decisions.
Inspire and provide leadership across organisation that promotes best practices by continuously benchmarking against industry standards and trends.
Lead, coach, and develop co-workers, to ensure teams understand the direction, delivery process, and responsibilities for assigned initiatives. Identify team and individual goals and objectives, monitoring progress and implementing solutions for improvements.
