Are you our new Sales Specialist? We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our Business Management team focused on Contact Center, Cloud PBX and Voice services:
· Primarily working across the Nordics while also supporting activities in Germany. This role can be based in Copenhagen, Stockholm or Oslo.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Business Management, you will join a collaborative team operating across the Nordic region and Germany, contributing to go-to-market execution and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will:
· Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to understand customer needs and propose optimal Contact Center, Cloud PBX or Voice solutions.
· Manage customer interactions end-to-end: sales presentations, quotations, service demonstrations and responses to tenders.
· Act as a subject matter expert for our UC product portfolio and present tailored solutions to customers.
· Drive opportunities to closure in close collaboration with Key Account Managers.
· Build and develop a strong pipeline and close opportunities.
About you
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (advantageous; not required).
Common requirements
· 5+ years of experience in Contact Center, Cloud PBX, and/or Voice sales.
· Proven background in both presales and sales activities.
· Self-motivated, results-driven and able to inspire others.
· Strong ownership, efficient execution, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Team player with a proactive mindset who embraces challenges and aims to make a measurable difference.
Role-specific requirements
· Fluent in one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) AND English and German. Experience launching or scaling UC services in a new market is a plus.
Location
· Copenhagen, Stockholm or Oslo, with frequent collaboration with our Hamburg office.
