We are looking for a Chief Product Owner within AI & Intelligent Automation to lead our AI Center of Excellence (AI COE) and drive the development and adoption of practical, value-driven AI solutions across the organization.

You’ll operate at the intersection of business, data, and technology - shaping high-impact AI use cases and turning them into scalable, production-ready solutions powered by our data platform.

Success in this role means moving AI beyond experimentation and embedding it into everyday operations. You will drive increased automation and efficiency, while building a strong pipeline of use cases that deliver clear, measurable value.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how AI is applied across the organization, working closely with both business stakeholders and advanced data capabilities. It’s a role focused on real-world impact, where strategic vision meets hands-on execution, and ideas are transformed into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities 1. Product Leadership – Own the AI & Automation Vision

• Define and drive the AI and automation strategy and roadmap
• Identify and prioritize high-impact, feasible use cases
• Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business needs
• Balance innovation with delivery, avoiding over-engineered solutions
• Drive adoption of AI across business units

2. Technology & AI Leadership – Be Hands-On Enough to Lead

• Maintain a strong understanding of:
  • Machine learning fundamentals
  • AI solution architectures
  • Data dependencies and platform constraints
• Guide teams in building production-ready solutions (not just prototypes)
• Make informed decisions on build vs. buy, tooling, and model lifecycle/deployment

3. Stakeholder Collaboration – Make AI Understandable and Useful

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and shape use cases
• Translate AI capabilities into clear business value and outcomes
• Set realistic expectations of AI
• Build trust through transparent communication and incremental delivery

4. Agile & Delivery Leadership – From Idea to Production

• Lead multiple teams across AI engineering and automation
• Drive initiatives from concept → pilot → production
• Remove bottlenecks and ensure consistent value delivery
• Balance exploration with structured execution

5. People Leadership – Build a High-Impact AI Team

• Lead and develop AI and automation/RPA engineers
• Foster a culture of purposeful experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning
• Ensure strong focus on business impact - not just technology

Must-have:

• Proven experience leading AI, machine learning, or automation initiatives
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and real-world implementation
• Experience delivering AI solutions into production
• Strong product mindset and prioritization skills
• Proven experience leading teams and working across stakeholders

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with RPA or intelligent automation platforms
• Familiarity with modern data platforms
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise systems and workflows
• Exposure to cloud-based AI ecosystems
