As our Product Manager for AI Solutions & Agents, you’ll play a key role in shaping how AI transforms operations, decision-making, and customer experiences on a scale. You will be part of a forward-thinking Innovation & Digital function dedicated to unlocking the value of AI across the business. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, UX, and Business Stakeholders, you’ll help define and deliver AI-driven capabilities that make a difference. Your mission

In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of AI solutions and agents, guiding them from strategy to execution and continuous improvement. You will act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring that AI initiatives deliver tangible outcomes.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Owning the AI solutions and agents portfolio, including vision, roadmap, and prioritization
• Defining clear value hypotheses, KPIs, and ensuring measurable business impact
• Translating business needs into scalable AI use cases and product capabilities
• Driving AI strategy aligned with broader business priorities
• Defining how AI solutions interact, integrate, and scale across domains
• Establishing principles for orchestration, governance, and reuse
• Leading agile product development and ensuring strong adoption and continuous optimization

Your profile

You are a driven and curious professional who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and are motivated by delivering real value.

We believe you bring:

• A strong ownership mindset and high energy, with the courage to challenge the status quo to deliver business value
• Solid experience in Product Management, Digital, or AI-related roles, including delivering data-driven or AI-enabled products
• A good understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, combined with the ability to translate vision into execution and collaborate across diverse teams to create business value
