Assignment Description

We are seeking an Automation Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Troubleshoot and analyze automation systems with a strong focus on root cause analysis (RCA)
• Perform advanced debugging of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
• Program, configure, and maintain automation platforms and control systems
• Work with SCADA systems, HMI applications, and industrial data historians
• Ensure high system availability, reliability, and operational performance
• Drive improvements related to OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
• Manage change controls, deviations, and validation activities in regulated environments
• Support production and maintenance teams with technical expertise
• Participate in automation projects involving new and existing systems
• Contribute to system design, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements

What You Bring

• Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis
• Experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA platforms
• Experience with industrial data management and historian systems
• Good understanding of automation system architecture and integration
• Experience working in manufacturing or process industries
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Structured and quality-focused working style
• Fluent English communication skills
