You will join a collaborative team working with modern cloud technologies, scalable service architecture, and DevOps practices in a connected software environment. The role spans the full software lifecycle, so you will help turn requirements into robust solutions and stay close to development, deployment, monitoring, optimization, and operations.

A central part of the role is improving AWS-based services with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency. You will work closely with other engineers and stakeholders in a team where ownership, open communication, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. • You will develop and improve back-end services in Java and Python.
• You will build, maintain, and optimize cloud-based solutions in AWS.
• You will work across the full development lifecycle, from understanding needs and shaping solutions to deployment and operations.
• You will contribute to DevOps ways of working through CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and production ownership.
• You will identify AWS cost drivers and help improve cloud resource usage and architectural efficiency.
• You will solve scaling challenges in cloud-based services and help improve performance and reliability.
• You will take part in technical discussions, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvements in development practices.
• You will collaborate closely with team members, stakeholders, and other teams to build secure, maintainable, and high-quality services.

• You have strong experience in Java and Python development.
• You have solid AWS experience and have built or operated cloud-based services.
• You have experience with microservices, APIs, distributed systems, or cloud-native architecture.
• You are used to working in a DevOps way.
• You have experience with CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and production operations.
• You have worked with AWS cost reduction, including identifying cost drivers and optimizing cloud resource usage.
• You have experience handling scaling challenges in cloud-based services.
• You are comfortable with modern development practices such as Git, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
• You have a good understanding of secure and maintainable software development.
• You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.

• Experience with MQTT or other event-driven or message-based communication protocols.
• Experience with observability, reliability, performance optimization, or security.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Experience collaborating in international or cross-functional environments.
