WHAT YOU’LL DO
Curious about shaping how products meet customer demand across markets?
Working at a global level, you will take ownership of buying quantification and allocation, translating demand into actionable supply plans while balancing local needs and global priorities.
This is a role where analytical thinking meets collaboration, giving you the opportunity to influence decisions across markets and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own pre-season allocation setup and parameter alignment (e.g. weeks of supply, availability, freshness) in line with global guidelines
- Validate capacity constraints and ensure operational feasibility together with Demand & Supply and Logistics.
Monitor stock levels, inflows, and KPIs, identifying risks such as overstock, ageing, or capacity constraints
- Define and steer corrective actions such as replenishment changes, stock balancing, and parameter updates
- Lead planning and execution of stock moves across markets, including budget, forecast, and cost tracking
- Act as a key interface to Product Merchandising and Demand & Supply to align commercial priorities with inventory actions
- Follow up on clearance and liquidation performance across markets
- Track key performance indicators (e.g. sell-through, weeks of supply, ageing) and provide transparency to leadership
- Drive inventory optimization initiatives across multiple markets
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with...
- 3–5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply planning, or operations—preferably within retail, fashion, or FMCG
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate large datasets into clear insights and decisions
- A deep understanding of stock efficiency metrics (e.g. sell-through, weeks of supply) and their business impact
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- The ability to communicate insights clearly and influence stakeholders through data
- Familiarity with inventory systems or allocation tools
