You will take a central role in two parallel initiatives in a telecom environment. One focuses on launching a B2B self-service portal together with an external delivery partner. The other focuses on automation in the mobile core network, where you will help turn technical opportunities into structured delivery and long-term direction.

You will work across internal teams and external partners, connecting business needs, UX, testing, rollout, and technical stakeholders. This is a role for you if you enjoy complex coordination, clear decision-making, and delivery in a technically demanding setting. • You will drive two parallel assignments and keep delivery aligned across internal stakeholders and external partners.
• You will coordinate the B2B portal delivery from planning through rollout, with focus on scope, execution, and collaboration.
• You will plan and carry out acceptance testing, support production installation, and secure a smooth handover to the receiving team.
• You will facilitate UX improvements and lead discussions with stakeholders across Sweden and Denmark.
• You will coordinate dependencies linked to a broader transformation program and integrations with Amdocs APIs and interim legacy APIs.
• You will lead the core network automation initiative and manage delivery of an automation MVP together with external contributors.
• You will identify, anchor, and drive internal automation improvements across the Core domain.
• You will help define the long-term automation strategy and roadmap together with key stakeholders.
• You will report progress, support steering decisions, and coordinate resources across the line organization and partner teams.

• Strong project management experience
• Experience running automation projects, for example GitOps
• Ability to drive value-focused delivery
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions and support stakeholder decision-making
• General understanding of mobile core networks
• Understanding of AI
• Fluent English

• Experience with core network upgrades or deliveries
• Experience from mobile operator projects
• Understanding of Cloud Core infrastructure
• Experience with GitLab and GitHub
• Background in testing or quality assurance
• Swedish language skills
• Experience from mobile core operations
