Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a highly experienced Senior Domain Solution Architect to join one of the Nordic region’s major retail transformation programs.

What You Will Work On

• Own and drive the target solution architecture across multiple business-critical platforms
• Ensure architectural alignment between ERP, retail, e-commerce, warehouse, logistics, and supporting systems
• Define system ownership, information ownership, and integration strategies
• Identify, manage, and mitigate dependencies across programs, projects, and delivery streams
• Review and quality assure solution proposals from internal teams and external suppliers
• Ensure compliance with architecture principles, target architecture, and established integration patterns
• Lead architectural assessments related to migration, cut-over planning, and go-live activities
• Ensure robust information flows and end-to-end integrations throughout the business value chain
• Develop and maintain architecture artifacts including system landscapes, integration models, information flows, and sequence diagrams
• Support strategic decision-making for program management, chief architects, and steering committees
• Drive architecture governance and alignment across multiple parallel initiatives
• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, suppliers, architects, and delivery teams

What You Bring

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Domain Architect, or Enterprise Architect
• Proven experience from large-scale ERP, retail, or business transformation programs
• Strong experience working within complex enterprise environments with extensive integrations and external platforms
• Deep knowledge of Information Architecture, Integration Architecture, and Master Data Management (MDM)
• Documented experience with API-based integrations and event-driven architectures
• Experience working with enterprise integration platforms and distributed system landscapes
• Strong background leading architecture work across multiple projects, programs, and delivery teams
• Experience with migration strategies, cut-over planning, and go-live execution for business-critical systems
• Ability to challenge vendors, review architectural proposals, and ensure solution quality
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical organizations
• Experience from retail, e-commerce, supply chain, logistics, or omnichannel environments
• Ability to balance strategic architectural direction with operational delivery requirements
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
