VX Fiber is looking for Marketing Specialist, Growth & Product to help us improve how we communicate our products, generate demand, and convert interest across our website, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and sales channels.
This is a entry-to-mid level role for someone who enjoys execution, systems, content, and collaboration.
You will work closely with the wider team to turn product, commercial, and customer insights into practical marketing activity.
The role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their career in B2B marketing and has the ambition to develop into a broader marketing leadership role over time, and has an interest in telecoms or computer science.
About the Role
As a Marketing Specialist, Growth & Product you will support both product-led marketing and growth marketing activity.
Your work will include improving website content, supporting campaigns, managing marketing systems, and helping the business communicate its value clearly to customers and partners.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional, international team where collaboration, curiosity, and innovaition are part of everyday work.
What you'll do
- Help develop and improve product and solution messaging across the website, sales materials, campaigns, and digital channels.
- Maintain and improve website content, including product pages, landing pages, case studies, news, and campaign pages.
- Support lead generation and nurture activity through HubSpot, including forms, lists, workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and reporting.
- Help plan and execute LinkedIn activity, including company posts, campaign content, paid or organic promotion, and performance tracking.
- Create and update sales and marketing materials such as one-pagers, presentations, product sheets, case studies, email copy, and campaign assets.
- Work with sales, product, and leadership teams to turn business priorities into clear, practical marketing activity.
- Support campaign planning and execution across digital channels.
- Track marketing performance and help identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and lead quality.
- Keep marketing content organised, up to date, and aligned with the company’s positioning and commercial goals.
- Bring ideas for how we can improve our marketing processes, systems, and content over time.

What you Bring
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Marketing, MBA or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations.
- Experience working with HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform.
- Experience using LinkedIn as a B2B marketing channel.
- Good writing skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Experience updating website content, landing pages, or campaign pages.
- A good understanding of digital marketing basics, including campaigns, email, forms, CTAs, conversion, and reporting.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to get things done.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- The ability to work well with sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Curiosity about customers, markets, technology, and business growth.
- B2B technology, telecoms, fibre, infrastructure, SaaS, or connectivity experience.
- Experience creating sales enablement materials, or with Canva, Figma, WordPress, Webflow, or similar content/design tools.
Language
Fluent in English (Swedish is a strong advantage).
Additional languages are a plus given VX Fiber’s international operations.
About the employment
Type: Permanent, full-time role.
Location: Hybrid/remote flexibility, but living in Sweden.
Location office: Stockholm or Umeå.
