You will play a key role in keeping office and storage environments functioning smoothly, safely, and in line with local regulations. In this hands-on assignment, you will support a Facility Management team with everything from relocations and inspections to practical issue resolution across facilities.

This is a role for you who enjoy combining structure, service, and practical execution. You will work independently, handle a varied day, and help create well-functioning workplaces where both people and equipment are in the right place. It is an interesting opportunity if you want a broad facility role with real responsibility and visible impact on daily operations.

• You will manage and coordinate physical storage facilities together with the Facility Management team.
• You will plan and carry out relocation activities between offices and facilities.
• You will handle and resolve office faults and support day-to-day facility needs.
• You will transport technical equipment and confidential material between facilities.
• You will support the team in ensuring offices meet local regulations and operational standards.
• You will perform regular inspections and follow up on facility-related issues when needed.
• You will contribute to practical workplace tasks such as moving and arranging furniture, office equipment, and meeting room setups.
• You will structure your own work, prioritize tasks efficiently, and support the business when additional hours or weekend work are required.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Experience in furniture repair and restoration.
• Certificated experience with car lifts and lifting tables.
• Full driving license.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• You are comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively.
• You have a high level of integrity and reliability, especially when handling technical equipment and confidential material.
• You communicate clearly and have a proactive, service-minded approach.
