In this role, you will help turn new technical ideas into practical prototypes in an advanced industrial environment. You will work hands-on in the workshop while collaborating closely with engineering and development teams to make sure new solutions are possible to manufacture, functional in practice, and efficient to produce. Your input will matter early, from evaluating prototype designs to improving methods, equipment usage, and everyday workflow.

You will be part of a setting where prototyping and manufacturing technology go hand in hand. That means you will not only build and adjust parts, but also contribute with technical feedback, prioritization, and suggestions that strengthen how the workshop supports development work. The role combines practical execution with continuous improvement, making it a strong fit if you enjoy solving real manufacturing challenges and influencing how new solutions take shape.

• You will operate, set up, and maintain CNC equipment and other workshop machinery used in prototype manufacturing.
• You will support the manufacturing of prototypes and help evaluate newly developed technical solutions from a workshop and production perspective.
• You will provide feedback and improvement proposals related to manufacturability, functionality, and production methods.
• You will work closely with engineering and development teams to turn technical concepts into efficient and practical manufacturing solutions.
• You will help drive, coordinate, and prioritize the workshop backlog together with the team to maintain an efficient workflow and meet delivery targets.
• You will contribute to continuous improvements in workshop processes, equipment usage, and ways of working.

• Several years of experience working in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC equipment and other workshop machinery.
• Ability to support prototype manufacturing and assess new technical solutions in a practical workshop setting.
• Experience providing technical feedback and improvement proposals related to manufacturability, functionality, and production processes.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering and development teams.
• Ability to complete a drug test before the assignment starts.
