You will step into a key finance role in an organization that has recently strengthened its accounting setup and is continuing to mature its financial control environment. The business now works in an IFRS reporting environment, uses SAP S/4HANA as its ERP platform, and has established core accounting processes and controls. In this role, you will lead the continued development of the accounting function while ensuring stable, accurate, and compliant reporting.

This is a role for you if you enjoy combining leadership with hands-on accounting responsibility. You will work closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business, helping to create clear processes, strong internal controls, and high-quality reporting. It is an exciting opportunity to influence how accounting is run in a growing and evolving environment.

• You will lead, coach, and develop a team of five accounting professionals.
• You will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for the legal entity.
• You will ensure accurate balance sheet and income statement reporting in line with IFRS.
• You will review and approve accounting entries, reconciliations, accruals, and provisions.
• You will oversee monthly reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts.
• You will coordinate and support external audits and statutory reporting.
• You will manage VAT and tax reporting, including dialogue with relevant authorities.
• You will secure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
• You will drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices in the ERP environment.
• You will develop and maintain documentation for accounting processes and controls.
• You will provide financial and statistical reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• You will ensure that archiving and documentation meet statutory requirements.

• You have 7–10+ years of experience within accounting, audit, or finance, including experience in a leadership role.
• You have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have solid experience working with IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
• You have strong knowledge of Swedish accounting, tax, and VAT regulations.
• You have experience leading and developing accounting teams.
• You have experience working in ERP systems and a strong systems understanding.
• You have advanced Excel skills.
• You are organized, structured, and able to prioritize effectively.
• You are comfortable working both strategically and hands-on when needed.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

• Experience from SAP S/4HANA or other large-scale ERP environments.
