• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of experience in digital, marketing, loyalty or related areas
• 10+ years of experience leading leaders and teams
• Strong experience in digital product, data and technology-driven environments
• Ability to translate strategy into clear direction and outcomes
• Experience working across functions and stakeholders in complex organisations
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
In this role, you’ll lead the digital marketing and loyalty area end-to-end, setting direction and enabling teams to deliver real value. Your days will include a mix of strategy, leadership and collaboration, such as:
• Setting the strategic direction for marketing and loyalty digital capabilities
• Ensuring stable, secure and efficient day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement
• Strengthening data foundations and insight generation to enable better decisions and more personalised customer experiences
• Leading and developing leaders and teams, creating clarity, engagement and growth
• Collaborating with stakeholders across IKEA to align priorities and accelerate impact
• Driving the adoption of common platforms, ways of working and scalable solutions
• Exploring new technologies, including AI, to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement
