You’re someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity. You like seeing the big picture, but also diving into the details to turn insights into clear actions that make a real difference.

• You have around 5+ years of experience working with projects, portfolio management or business analysis
• You’re confident analysing data, identifying trends and turning insights into business recommendations
• You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders and acting as a trusted partner across teams
• You’re comfortable working in complex organisations and navigating different perspectives
• You have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

You’ll help shape and strengthen our portfolio by connecting initiatives, insights and priorities across the organisation.

• Supporting and facilitating initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic direction
• Analysing portfolio performance, identifying risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Driving cross-team collaboration to create synergies and a shared approach
• Providing insights based on internal and external trends to guide priorities
• Supporting business case development and follow-up of initiatives
• Improving frameworks, tools and ways of working within portfolio management
