- You have solid experience (around 10+ years) within real estate transactions or similar
- You’ve led complex deals and feel confident structuring and negotiating agreements
- You bring strong leadership experience and enjoy coaching and developing others
- You’re comfortable working across functions and managing multiple stakeholders
- You combine strong analytical skills with sound judgement and business understanding
- You communicate clearly and build trust through collaboration
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Lead end-to-end acquisition and divestment transactions
- Define deal structures and lead negotiations to secure the best possible outcome
- Build and use your network to stay close to market opportunities and insights
- Bring together cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities and risks
- Analyse investment cases and prepare decision material for approvals
- Ensure clear documentation and transparency throughout the transaction process
- Guide and develop a team of transaction professionals
- Collaborate across the organisation to secure alignment and progress
