- You have solid experience (around 5+ years) within payments, customer experience or similar
- You understand how customer journeys work across physical and digital touchpoints
- You enjoy working with data and insights to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- You’re comfortable leading and influencing others, even without formal authority
- You collaborate easily across functions and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- You’re motivated by creating seamless, simple and efficient customer experiences
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Identify opportunities to improve payments and checkout based on customer needs and local market insights
- Work with vendors and partners to secure efficient and cost-effective solutions
- Support and train teams to ensure strong checkout routines, tools and customer interactions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IKEA to secure consistent and integrated solutions
- Drive conversion and customer experience across all channels
- Follow up performance through data and act on insights to improve results
- Build and share knowledge within the organisation to strengthen checkout expertise
- Contribute to an open, collaborative and value-driven culture
