WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As our Key Account Leader within IKEA for Business, you’ll help grow our business by building strong partnerships and winning great deals. Your days will include:
- Leading high-impact RFPs, shaping strong proposals and negotiating competitive agreements.
- Building and developing long-term relationships with key business customers.
- Overseeing the delivery of large contracts and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Driving the full commercial opportunity pipeline, from first contact to signed agreement and follow-up.
- Working closely with colleagues across functions to secure great results for our customers and IKEA.
