• You have solid experience (5–8+ years) leading a food, retail or hospitality business
• You understand how to turn strategy into results – from planning to execution
• You’re a strong leader who enjoys developing people and building high-performing teams
• You’re comfortable working across markets and collaborating with different stakeholders
• You bring a commercial mindset and understand how to drive growth and profitability
• You’re passionate about food and creating great customer experiences

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Lead and develop the IKEA Food business across markets
• Drive growth by working with pricing, performance and commercial execution
• Contribute to the overall commercial offer and business plans
• Develop and implement long-term plans for IKEA Food
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IKEA to secure alignment and results
• Coach and develop teams and build strong capabilities across markets
• Ensure a great customer experience across all food touchpoints
• Monitor performance, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
