• Manage and coordinate IT activities across company projects
• Organize and perform IT setup for new employees in collaboration with the IT department
• Develop, update, and maintain IT onboarding checklists for new employees
• Monitor and control the proper use and completion of existing checklists
• Install and configure required software and programs for employees
• Order, manage, and monitor all software licenses, including renewals and compliance
• Maintain full control and documentation of all active licenses
• Order and manage IT equipment (laptops, mobile phones, keyboards, accessories, etc.)
• Perform inventory management (IT asset tracking and documentation)
• Prepare and configure new equipment for employees, including laptops and mobile devices • Set up and manage Apple IDs and mobile device configurations
• Provide ongoing technical support and resolve IT issues across the company
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems
• Take responsibility for the IT infrastructure (IT/IS area) within the company
• Coordinate and control agreements with external suppliers, including printer service providers
• Organize and manage internet installation in offices, containers, and other company locations
• Order, install, and configure network equipment, including access points (Wi-Fi)
• Maintain regular communication with IT service providers and vendors
• Ensure IT systems are functioning efficiently and securely across all locations
