About the Role

You will step into a key role where global alignment and local execution need to work seamlessly together. In this assignment, you will help shape a consistent and high-quality recruitment approach across an international IT organization while also driving end-to-end hiring in Sweden.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and local recruiters across multiple regions. The role combines strategy and delivery: you will connect global and local perspectives, support alignment in how talent is attracted and assessed, and make sure recruitment processes stay effective, business-focused and consistent across teams.

Job Description
  • You will act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • You will help create a cohesive and aligned recruitment approach across regions and teams.
  • You will coordinate and support recruitment activities globally, together with local recruiters and stakeholders.
  • You will drive end-to-end recruitment in Sweden, including search, sourcing, interviews and candidate closing.
  • You will guide hiring managers in role definition, requirement setting, competence mapping and market insights.
  • You will contribute with knowledge of salary frameworks and the external talent market to support better hiring decisions.
  • You will build strong collaboration with local recruiters to secure quality, consistency and a good candidate experience.
  • You will proactively identify and attract talent through effective search and sourcing strategies, with a particular focus on IT and digital profiles.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven track record in search and sourcing, especially for IT or digital roles.
  • Strong understanding of global recruitment complexity, including working across cultures, geographies and organizational structures.
  • Experience collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes, including role structuring and salary frameworks.
  • Ability to connect, align and drive recruitment topics across teams and countries.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A structured and proactive way of working, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery.
  • A collaborative and adaptable approach in a global environment.
