Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international, and commercially driven environment? We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Nordic Wholesale team and support a variety of operational, administrative, and commercial activities.

As a Nordic Wholesale Coordinator Intern, you will gain practical insight into how a wholesale function operates, while supporting areas such as reporting, trade marketing, commercial coordination, and day-to-day business support.

What you will do

• Support operational and administrative tasks such as maintaining price lists, assortment overviews, and reports
• Assist with the implementation of pricing, assortments, and campaigns
• Support Trade Marketing activities and maintain the local activity calendar
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and support basic analysis
• Help coordinate communication and follow-up with internal teams and external partners

Who you are

• Structured, organized, and detail-oriented
• Service-minded and a clear communicator
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent written and spoken skills in both Swedish and English
• Currently studying Business, Marketing, Economics, Retail, or a related fiel

Practical information

• Internship: Nordic Wholesale Coordinator Intern at Rituals
• Location: Stockholm Office – Biblioteksgatan 29, Stockholm (employees are expected to be in the office 4 days per week in line with current policy).
• Period: The internship will begin in autumn, with the exact dates to be agreed upon with the school and the intern.
• Compensation: This is an unpaid internship
• Educational set-up: This internship is intended to be carried out in collaboration with the candidate’s education and should be part of an ongoing study programme or formal internship arrangement
