Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect
What You Will Work On
- Define and present technical architecture, platform strategy, and ServiceNow solution designs
- Design and document system architecture, process flows, and architecture diagrams
- Lead technical design forums and quality assurance activities for proposed solutions
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure requirement fulfillment
- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions
- Support platform evolution, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze and estimate design, development, and implementation activities
- Contribute to system documentation, governance, and technical standards
- Drive best practices related to ServiceNow, ITSM, and platform architecture
- Support integration strategies, automation capabilities, and performance optimization
- Contribute to feasibility studies, requirement gathering, and technical decision-making
- Coach junior team members and support collaborative and effective team practices
- Represent the ServiceNow team in customer and stakeholder dialogues
What You Bring
- Several years of experience working with ServiceNow and CMDB/ITSM solutions
- Experience in architect or senior specialist roles within ServiceNow environments
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and Configuration Management processes
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities
- Experience with system architecture, integrations, and technical documentation
- Ability to design scalable and sustainable enterprise platform solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience working closely with customers and cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate business needs into technical architectures and workflows
- Experience with automation, integrations, and performance optimization in ServiceNow
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience leading technical discussions, governance, and architecture reviews
