Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter

What You Will Work On

• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for technical specialist and engineering roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment needs and hiring strategies
• Source and attract top technical talent through proactive search and pipeline development
• Build and maintain strong candidate networks across Engineering, AI, ML, and Data Science domains
• Conduct candidate screening, evaluation, and recruitment coordination activities
• Ensure structured, fair, and high-quality recruitment and selection processes
• Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition and HR teams across international environments
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding initiatives
• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously within a fast-moving organization
• Contribute to long-term talent acquisition and workforce planning activities

What You Bring

• Experience working as a Technical Recruiter or Senior Recruiter
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience recruiting within complex technology domains such as Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI
• Ability to independently manage full end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development capabilities
• Consultative and collaborative working approach
• Ability to thrive in fast-changing and international environments
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Interest in technology and willingness to continuously learn technical domains
• Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders
