Job Summary:

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting the company's budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Assist in payroll processing
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
• Work with external auditors when necessary
• Assist with general administrative accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software preferably Visma Online and QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Very good knowledge of Swedish VAT law, tax law, including cross-border service exchanges
