We are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Engineer to manage electrical equipment packages throughout the full project lifecycle, from technical specification and vendor evaluation through delivery, commissioning, and project handover.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating suppliers, reviewing technical documentation, and ensuring successful delivery of electrical systems and equipment for industrial, energy, infrastructure, and EPC projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage electrical equipment packages throughout project execution
- Coordinate vendors, suppliers, contractors, and technical stakeholders
- Prepare and review technical specifications and procurement documentation
- Perform technical evaluations of supplier proposals and equipment solutions
- Review engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
- Monitor package delivery schedules, technical compliance, and project milestones
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces and project activities
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and client specifications
- Support project reporting, risk management, and technical issue resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience within EPC, industrial, energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing projects
- Experience managing electrical equipment packages and supplier coordination
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and engineering processes
- Experience reviewing technical documentation and engineering deliverables
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage schedules, technical interfaces, and project priorities
- Fluent English, both written and spoken

- Renewable energy or grid infrastructure projects
- Utility or power transmission environments
- FAT, SAT, commissioning, and startup activities

- International EPC and multidisciplinary projects
- High-voltage (HV) and medium-voltage (MV) systems
