You will join a key initiative focused on strengthening how cloud privileges are managed in a complex banking environment. The role sits within a broader information risk reduction program, where your expertise in PAM will help shape the bank’s approach to secure, scalable, and centralized privilege management across cloud platforms.

You will work close to stakeholders in security, risk, and change initiatives to assess current capabilities, identify gaps, and define practical ways forward. • You will support a PAM-focused workstream within an information risk reduction program.
• You will assess current capabilities and gaps in how cloud privileges are managed.
• You will identify relevant use cases for improved cloud privilege management.
• You will design and document requirements related to cloud privileges.
• You will document findings and outcomes from gap assessments.
• You will compare tools and help recommend a suitable way forward.
• You will contribute PAM expertise in collaboration with teams working across security, risk, and change management.

• Proven experience working with PAM controls and requirements.
• Experience managing cloud privileges through a centralized way of working and solution.
• Experience managing cloud privileges across multiple platforms, including GCP, AWS, and Entra.
• Experience working within risk management.
• Experience working with change management.
• Knowledge of identity and PAM security best practices for both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of fundamental security approaches and principles such as SoD, Least Privilege, and Zero Trust.
• Previous experience working in a DevOps team in an Agile/Scrum setup.
• Understanding of IT processes and the system development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with cyber security controls and frameworks such as CIS, COBIT, NIST, and ISO 2700x.
• Strong technical, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
