You will join an international automotive environment focused on advanced powertrain solutions, where diagnostic functions must perform reliably across a wide range of real-world use cases. In this role, you work close to both the product and the vehicle, combining analytical desk-based work with hands-on validation in cars. You will collaborate with calibration engineers and function developers to strengthen diagnostic performance, refine technical solutions, and help ensure that features are robust from development to validation. • You develop and optimize diagnostic calibration for automotive applications.
• You analyze data and use scripting to evaluate calibration results and diagnostic behavior.
• You perform in-car testing to validate calibration and verify diagnostic functionality.
• You deliver calibration results and project data in line with agreed quality expectations.
• You validate requirements, performance, and reliability across different customer use cases.
• You work closely with calibration engineers and function developers to create resilient solutions and align on technical design choices.
• You contribute to improving methods, processes, and ways of working to increase consistency and efficiency.
• You share knowledge, build expertise in diagnostic development and validation, and contribute to strong collaboration across teams.

• Background in diagnostic calibration or diagnostic function development within automotive applications.
• Experience working with data analysis and scripting.
• Experience validating requirements, performance, and reliability in product development.
• Ability to work with both analytical tasks at your desk and hands-on testing in vehicles.
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
