You will take ownership of practical facility support in an environment where offices, storage areas, and internal moves need to work smoothly every day. The role combines coordination with hands-on execution: from managing physical storage and resolving office issues to supporting relocations and helping ensure facilities meet local regulations together with the Facility Management team.

You will also handle transport of technical equipment and confidential material between facilities, carry out regular inspections, and step in where operational issues need quick action. • You will coordinate physical storage facilities together with the Facility Management team.
• You will plan and carry out relocation activities for offices and internal moves.
• You will troubleshoot and resolve office faults and follow up on facility-related issues.
• You will transport technical equipment and confidential material between facilities.
• You will support the Facility Management team in ensuring offices comply with local regulations.
• You will perform regular inspections and address facility issues as needed.
• You will support practical tasks such as moving and arranging furniture, office equipment, and meeting room set-ups.
• You will help keep daily facility operations running smoothly, including occasional work outside regular hours when needed.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar roles
• Experience in furniture repair and restoration
• Certificated experience with car lifts and lifting tables
• Full driving license
• Proficient in Swedish and English
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• High integrity, reliability, and communication skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to follow instruction
