Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving global commercial value? Nefab AB is looking for a Sourcing Director to take command of our global sourcing strategy. In this high-impact role, you will be the architect of a sustainable, cost-efficient, and resilient supply chain that fuels our global growth agenda. As a hands-on leader reporting directly to the EVP Operations, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and tangible P&L impact. While the day-to-day operational purchasing activities are carried out within our three regions, this role has a strong strategic and functional leadership focus . You will be responsible for

coaching and guiding regional teams, defining purchasing strategies, and setting the direction for systems, education, and training. Furthermore, you will drive cross-functional collaboration with functions such as Sales and Finance to ensure aligned and efficient ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a Group-wide sourcing strategy, translating vision into regional roadmaps and actionable performance.
• Supplier Excellence: Lead the rationalization and consolidation of our supplier base, fostering long-term strategic partnerships that prioritize scale, reliability, and compliance.
• Value Creation: Drive a "Total Cost of Ownership" mindset, spearheading cost reduction, value engineering, and commercial optimization.
• Innovation & Digitalization: Act as a change leader by embedding AI and digital capabilities into our sourcing workflows.
• Sustainability & Risk: Ensure unwavering adherence to ESG compliance, circular initiatives, and CSR policies to secure a responsible supply chain.
• Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure early sourcing involvement in customer projects and shared market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Experienced Leader: You bring a minimum of 7 years in sourcing or procurement, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Strategically Minded: You possess strong analytical thinking and deep financial/commercial acumen.
• Expert Negotiator: You excel at managing complex supplier partnerships and driving change.
• Communicator: You are fluent in English (mandatory) and can effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Educated: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
