About the RoleYou will take a key role in shaping and strengthening the Health & Safety agenda across several Nordic sites in an established international business.
The environment combines production and office operations, which means you will work close to the business and support both day-to-day safety needs and long-term improvement efforts.

Job Description- You will lead and develop the Health & Safety agenda across Nordic operations.
- You will support managers and teams in implementing practical, sustainable safety routines.
- You will drive continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace safety and risk prevention.
- You will carry out and follow up on risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
- You will manage critical safety areas such as chemical safety, ATEX, LOTO, machinery safety, and emergency preparedness.
- You will lead audits and help ensure compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
- You will deliver training sessions and awareness activities across different work environments.
- You will monitor Health & Safety performance and support data-driven improvements through reporting and follow-up.
- You will collaborate with regional and international stakeholders to share best practices and strengthen ways of working.
Requirements- A relevant academic degree within Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience within Health & Safety
- Experience from industrial, manufacturing, production, process, or chemical environments
- Solid experience conducting risk assessments and incident investigations
- Experience delivering Health & Safety training and supporting operational teams
- Strong knowledge within areas such as ATEX, LOTO, chemical safety, and machinery safety
- Experience working with Health & Safety management systems
- Fluent Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have- Experience with ISO 45001
- Certifications such as BAM, SAM, or equivalent
- Experience working in an international organization
- Experience supporting multiple sites or countries simultaneously
- Knowledge of additional Nordic languages
- Experience driving cultural and behavioral change initiatives within Health & Safety
