What You’ll Do..

As a Tech Lead within the Clausewitz team, you will combine hands-on programming with technical leadership, ensuring the team delivers stable, scalable, and high-performing systems that empower our game teams. You’ll collaborate closely with programmers and other disciplines to drive technical direction, improve workflows, and support the long-term evolution of our technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to programmers within the team

• Define and drive the technical vision for engine systems and tools
• 
  
• Support the team in delivering stable, scalable, and high-performance solutions
• 
  
• Collaborate with game teams and other disciplines to improve workflows and development efficiency
• 
  
• Help the team maintain development velocity while ensuring high code quality

What We’re Looking For

• Strong C++ programming expertise, preferably within the game industry
• 
  
• Experience working with proprietary engines and complex technical systems
• 
  
• Leadership experience through mentoring, technical ownership, or leading teams
• 
  
• Experience with performance optimization, debugging, and scalable architectures
• 
  
• Comfortable working with multithreaded and cross-platform systems
• 
  
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly in English
